Step 1

Enquiry

From initial phone call or email, our customer service focused team will be on hand to help you. We will ensure we capture your initial requirements and key contact information to book in a survey with one of our surveyors.

Step 2

Survey

Surveying new projects is one of our favourite things to do! We love to meet you in person or via Zoom to discuss your project in more detail. Our surveyors are offer you expert advise and guidance to suit your vision, needs and budget.

Step 3

Pricing

Once the survey is complete we will go away to price up the project for you including a cost breakdown. We apply provisional sums for works specialist suppliers initially and present our estimate to you via email. We then meet to discuss the initial costs to review the detail of what has been allowed for verses the initial request and budget.

Step 4

Contract Award

Once we have been awarded the project, we will get to work to begin planning the start date and project timeline for you. A simple contract will be created to detail what work is going to be done, when it will be happening and how much it will cost. We use contracts provided to us by The Federation of Master Builders to ensure we are fair and abide by the FMB’s robust code of conduct. A deposit payment is required to book in the project and fund the initial cost outlay during the planning and project commencement.

Any design work or provisional sums will be worked through during the mobilisation stage before we commence works.

Step 5

Project Delivery

This is the exciting part!

We have the project planned and ready to go. A project manager and site leads are assigned with the project fully resourced through the life cycle of the project. Our Project Management process outlines the process of how we create your vision into reality!

Step 6

Satisfaction Review

We pride ourselves on the results of our hard work to achieve customer satisfaction. We focus on the customer experience and quality of work, including reviewing the work completed by our team. A snagging list is produced to ensure we capture everything that is needed before handing this over to you.

Step 7

Photos & Testimonials

Following the project completion and customer review session, we love to take some completion photos to showcase our work which we will share with you. Testimonials go a long way in helping us reach out to future clients to tell them about how we work and what they can expect from working with JAS. We have achieved fantastic testimonials and awards including becoming finalists at the Bristol Life and Bristol Property Awards.
