Step 1
Project Initiation
Upon appointment we review the scope of works, design drawings and project program with you to ensure we have fully captured your needs so that we are on the same page.
We initiate the project process with our team to assign our resources and material orders to suit the project program.
Step 2
Mobilisation
During the mobilisation period we work through all the information we have and prepare any queries to assist with decision making. This is when we review what provision sums can be confirmed, by reviewing the decisions of selected products or any changes before we start on site.
Our Construction Manager works through the project documentation to prepare everything we need to start the project.
Step 3
Prestart
Our Construction Manager will set up a Per-start meeting with our site lead and you. This is our way of introducing our team and checking the site specific rules before we crack on with the work.
Here we talk about access/egress, welfare use, working areas and clarification of the initial works sequencing.
Step 4
Project Execution
Our site lead will lead from the front with our team working with them on site. Depending on the size of the project this could be a site manager, supervisor or appointed lead. We drive production forward and check this against our project program each week and month to make sure we are on track or if there are any changes.
Our Construction Manager will provide you with progress updates and highlight any changes to the project in real time.
Our Project Manager and Operations Manager monitor this carefully and prepare the invoicing valuations each month for you.
Step 5
Project Exception
Projects do have changes which could be down to your decisions or unforeseen circumstances which are not in scope. When there is a change we ensure it is captured so you can see the cost change and time impact which will be reflected in a revised project program when needed.
Step 6
Quality Control
We carry out inspections at each key stage of the project before completing a quality control inspection towards the end of the project to capture any snagging items that need to be addressed.
Step 7
Handover
Once we are happy with the result and that the snagging is complete, we formally hand over to you to enjoy your new home!
