As CEO of JAS Building Services, Andrew brings not only years of industry experience but also a deep commitment to the values that come with a family-run business: honesty, reliability, and care.

With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Andrew’s journey began as a qualified carpenter, earning recognition early on with the Federation of Master Builders’ Personnel Award for outstanding work.

Starting hands-on with renovation projects, he quickly progressed to foreman at a high-end renovation firm in Bristol. His career then took him to London, where he managed national builds—from schools to offices and modular buildings—bringing efficiency, reliability, and heart to every job.

Andrew later became a project manager for the world’s leading facilities management company, overseeing high-profile clients across the UK and earning a reputation for “making it happen.” But no matter how far his career took him, his heart remained close to home. In 2012, he returned to Bristol to join the family business, bringing his experience and vision with him.

Now at the helm of JAS Building Services, Andrew combines professional excellence with a strong family ethos. He uses his APMP qualifications to guide multiple project teams simultaneously with care and commitment, ensuring every project—big or small—not only meets expectations but reflects the values of trust, quality, and people-first service that define the company.

Andrew’s leadership is grounded in the belief that building strong relationships is just as important as building great spaces. He has big plans for the future of JAS, but remains rooted in what matters most: community, family, and doing right for every client.

All of this experience and growth has led Andrew to a mission — one that sits at the heart of JAS. Through years of working closely with clients, he recognised a serious gap in the industry: a lack of trust. That realisation has become his driving purpose — to rebuild that trust, to change the way people experience construction, and to prove that with the right team and the right values, it’s absolutely possible.

Founder of JAS Building Services as family business for over 12 years. Jim also worked in the construction industry for over 47 years which covered domestic and commercial construction services. Jim provided all his extensive experiences, knowledge, skills and professionals insight to manage and delivered the projects.
